Strategic Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to join our team and drive organisational success through effective people management.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of HR principles, employment laws and company policies, including Fair Work Act compliance.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership to the HR team, collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies, and guiding employees on HR matters.
The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, legal knowledge and analytical abilities to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and projects.
Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts and promoting open communication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the HR team and support the Head of People to manage day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Provide guidance on HR matters, including organisational design, talent attraction and workforce management
- Develop and execute strategies for talent acquisition, retention and career development
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts and promoting open communication
Requirements:
- Excellent HR principles, interpersonal skills and legal knowledge
- Able to utilise HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and projects
