Outdoor Spaces Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscaper to design and maintain beautiful landscapes that meet the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating functional outdoor spaces that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and install landscapes, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Maintain landscapes, including pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
- Operate and maintain equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools
- Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage and train a team of gardeners to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred
