Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
  • Ensure the campus is well-manicured and presented to a high standard.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds effectively.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
  • Adhere to safety protocols for a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Certificate II or III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Driver's licence (Manual preferred).
  • White Card certification.
  • Previous experience in gardening is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sunlight.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Keen eye for detail and pride in your work.
