Commercial Contract Lawyer Opportunity

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Lawyer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in advising on a broad range of commercial matters, including supply chain contracts, procurement, and other commercial agreements.
Working closely with key stakeholders within the business, you'll be expected to provide expert legal advice and support to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on commercial contract negotiations and drafting
  • Providing legal support for procurement and supply chain management
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the business

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Commercial Contract Lawyer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
