Project Director

Valeo Construction Group is seeking a high-performing Project Director to lead the delivery of a flagship hotel development in regional Victoria's most exciting commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full delivery of a complex, high-value commercial build
  • Drive project performance including safety, quality, budget, program, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Manage and mentor a capable site and office-based team
  • Coordinate construction programming, suppliers, sub-contractors, and consultants
  • Work closely with senior management, reporting on progress and risk
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects over $30 million (hotel, multi-residential, mixed-use preferred)
  • Strong leadership, client/stakeholder management, financial reporting, and acumen, along with excellent communication skills
  • Able to travel to Shepparton site 2x per week (must have own vehicle, vehicle allowance provided)
  • Driven, accountable, and ready to make a mark on a major regional development
