Industrial Digital Transformation Lead

Overview


We're driving the transformation of industrial digital solutions to create a more sustainable world. Our Industrial Digital Transformation team seeks an experienced professional with deep technical expertise in delivering complex digital programs.


Job Description:


  • Contribute strategic insights and drive the development and execution of digital transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional agile teams and oversee the delivery of digital programs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Engage in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of process control and advanced process control solutions.

Requirements


  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience delivering digital programs in industrial sectors.
  • Extensive experience with MES systems and knowledge of integration with ERP and middleware.
  • Proven track record managing digital programs and applying agile methodologies.
  • Industry experience in Chemicals, Oil and Gas, and Mining.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across stakeholder groups.
