Drive Industrial Digital Transformation

Spearhead the digital transformation of industrial sectors by leveraging expertise in manufacturing execution systems, strategic planning, and agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering or equivalent technical discipline, with extensive experience delivering digital programs across Chemicals, Oil and Gas, and Mining sectors.

About the Role:
  • Job Description: Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that align with client business objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives.
    • Oversee the delivery of digital programs, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies and PRINCE2 principles.
    • Manage cross-functional agile teams and programs of work, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Provide subject matter expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with knowledge of MES integration to ERP, LIMS, and middleware.
    • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and alignment.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements:
    • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering digital programs in industrial sectors.
    • Extensive experience with MES systems, knowledge of MES integration (ERP, LIMS), and middleware.
    • Proven track record managing digital programs and applying agile methodologies and PRINCE2 principles.
    • Industry experience in Chemicals, Oil and Gas, and Mining.
    • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across stakeholder groups.
    • Experience in process control and advanced process control technologies.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
