Job Overview
The department aims to build a safe, prosperous UK through counter-terrorism, policing, crime, drugs policy, and immigration.
They design, develop services for the government, systems support 3 million visa applications, 100 million border crossings, 8 million passport applications, and deliver 140 million police checks.
As Digital Adoption Manager, you will bridge the 'digital gap' between executive vision and user experience. You will engage with the organisation-wide network, provide expert advice on exploiting digital tools, and support business objectives and product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Create Business Change products ensuring they are fit for purpose.
- Work with the team to create communications plans and provide content for messaging.
- Identify stakeholders, include them in stakeholder engagement plans.
- Design business process improvements using M365.
- Provide Change Management support and guidance.
Develop performance skills, manage junior colleagues, and travel within the UK overnight stays required.
