We're seeking a highly skilled Director, Agribusiness to join our high-performing team in Perth. As a senior member of the national Valuation & Advisory Services team, you'll work across Australia's best assets and contribute to one of the country's most respected valuation platforms.

  • You'll gain extensive experience in valuing a wide range of rural property types, including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post-farm gate infrastructure, and water entitlements.">
  • Broad selection of agribusiness-based properties.">
  • Quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients.">
  • Best-in-class valuation delivery and quality assurance platform.">
">Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:">
  • ">
  • Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team.">
  • Travel to regional/remote areas of WA.">
  • Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement by taking ownership of new and existing client relationships.">
  • Collaborate with other service lines across Colliers and complete valuation work for mutual clients.">
  • Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines.">
">Qualifications and Skills">

  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post CPV qualification.">
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.">
  • Valid Australian drivers' license.">

  • Problem-solving and analytical ability to generate information for sound business decisions.">
