Job Summary

This role involves selecting a broad range of agribusiness-based property across private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients. Our valuation delivery and quality assurance platform is considered best in class.

We seek an experienced Agribusiness Director to join our high-performing team based in Perth. The successful candidate will work across some of Australia's best assets and contribute to one of the most highly regarded valuation platforms in the country.

  • Selecting a broad range of agribusiness-based property.
  • Working with quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
  • Delivering best in class valuation and quality assurance services.
Key Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Collaborating extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team.
  • Traveling to regional/remote areas of WA.
  • Implementing marketing initiatives and contributing to business development and client engagement.
  • Collaborating with other service lines across Colliers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post CPV qualification.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • A valid Australian drivers' license.
  • Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information for sound business decisions.
