We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator to join our PCYC Beachmere OSHC Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with and effectively supervise children while working as a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service.
- Acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs, and interests of the whole child.
- Inspire a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.
- No formal qualifications are required for this position, but qualified Educators must have a Minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children.
- Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable.
- Ability to respond to needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
- Desire to succeed in an amazingly supportive workplace.
