Early Childhood Educator Lead

SmartPlay Early Learners is seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian educator to join our team as an OSHC Lead Educator.
This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to inspire and enhance the holistic development of each individual child, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality, play-based educational program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the educational program for the School Aged Care program.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children.
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or currently working towards.
- At least 1 year's experience in a lead role in a centre.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification.
- Current paid Working with Children's Check.
