About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager for our Health Sales division. In this vital role, you will be responsible for optimising our sales operations to drive performance and growth in the health insurance sector. You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and manage the day-to-day functions of a high-performance contact centre, ensuring our sales team has the tools and support they need to succeed. This includes analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, developing sales reports, and implementing best practices across the team.

Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of a high-performance contact centre, ensuring optimal team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Streamline sales processes and develop insightful sales reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that drive performance improvements.
  • Manage workforce planning and scheduling to align resources with business needs and targets.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, focusing on onboarding, employee engagement, and reward & recognition to foster a motivated team.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and pipeline management to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Enhance CRM usage to maximise sales effectiveness and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to design and implement comprehensive training programmes that elevate team capabilities.
  • Work closely with Finance and Customer Service to ensure operational alignment and enhance customer experiences.
