Senior Project Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. As a hands-on role that blends project management, client service, and supplier coordination, you will have the opportunity to build your expertise in premium merchandise, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Client Management:
  • Manage end-to-end promotional merchandise projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, creative agencies, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively resolving issues and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strategic & Commercial Support:
  • Support the development of client strategies that drive sales and brand impact by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals that showcase innovation and value by identifying new product opportunities and ways to improve existing offerings.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen by accurately managing client budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within scope while maintaining profitability and value.
  • Drive competitive pricing through effective supplier negotiations and detailed cost analysis, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes for both the client and the business.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality production.
  • Help manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all project milestones, approvals, and changes to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development of streamlined workflows and best practices by identifying process inefficiencies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in account coordination, project management, or junior account management, preferably with FMCG brands.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with sourcing, production timelines, and vendor management is advantageous.
