Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Traffic Manager to ensure the safe and efficient operation of vehicular movements at Kettering & Roberts Point, Bruny Island.
The primary function of this role is to lead by example in delivering professional and positive passenger experiences.
This includes managing traffic flow, leading teams, and ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in working in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage traffic flow and ensure safe and efficient loading of vehicles onto vessels
- Lead teams and manage team members to achieve performance goals
- Ensure passenger safety and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work autonomously and make effective decisions
- Driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications
