**About the Role**

We are currently seeking casual Traffic Marshalls for our upcoming season.

The primary function of the Traffic Marshall role is the safe and efficient operation of vehicular movements at Kettering & Roberts Point, Bruny Island to ensure the safe loading of vehicles onto the vessels is done in a timely and efficient manner.

You responsible for passenger and vehicular loading and safety including the efficient loading of freight and large vehicles whilst maintaining order in the holding yard.

Traffic Marshallers will lead by example in delivering professional and positive passenger experiences.

This role will also be responsible for traffic management with vehicle loading/unloading and traffic marshalling when vehicles are awaiting to alight our vessels.

**About You**

**To be successful you must**:

- Possess a 'Can Do' attitude
- Have strong customer service experience
- Have the ability to perform autonomously and action effective delegation
- Have Effective Communication - written and verbal
- Have interpersonal and and ability to build positive relationships
- Be committed to work harmoniously within the team and remain professional at all times
- Be flexible to take extra shifts if required
- Be available at short notice when there are operational needs
- Have proven ability to handle difficult situations
- Be well presented at all times

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Essential**
- Drivers Licence
- Experience in working in a fast-paced team
