Job Opportunity:

This role provides a unique opportunity to serve as a strategic advisor to the General Manager, driving corporate governance and operational excellence across various departments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business areas, stakeholders, and other departments. They will be responsible for managing correspondence, briefing requests, and hot issues briefs for the Office of the General Manager.

In addition, they will participate in good governance practices, contributing to the objectives of the business area and division. The successful candidate will establish and maintain productive working relationships within the division and across the department.

They will also undertake special projects assigned by the General Manager and maintain a safe work environment by applying workplace health and safety policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • 12 months application period

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic advice to the General Manager on corporate governance, operational issues, and housing services.

- Liaise with business areas, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Manage correspondence, briefing requests, and hot issues briefs for the Office of the General Manager.

- Participate in good governance and contribute to the objects of the business area and division.

- Establish and maintain productive working relationships within the division and across the department.

- Undertake special projects as assigned by the General Manager.

- Maintain a safe work environment by applying workplace health and safety policies and practices.
