Group Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day sales process for our clubs across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales budgets and exceed targets
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals
- Work closely with Club General Managers to lead, coach and motivate sales teams
- Design and deliver sales training to develop team members and effectively manage team member performance
- Proactively get involved in the sales process where required
- Focus on internal development and succession planning
- Establish and maintain interpersonal working relationships with stakeholders
- At least 5 years of experience in senior sales team management in a fitness or retail environment
- Corporate sales experience, including business to business sales presentations and development of relevant material
- Sales systems analysis and evaluation experience, including design, documentation and implementation of internal controls
- High-level reporting experience, including accurate reports and analysis of club sales activities and results
- Sales training experience, including design and delivery of sales training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
