Are you a sales enthusiast looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for health and fitness? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Membership Consultants to achieve their sales targets and working towards the common goal of exceeding sales targets by selling new memberships. You will also be responsible for conducting tours to prospective members of our grand facilities, coaching and supporting the Membership Consultants to achieve their goals, and face-to-face and telecommunication sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceeding sales targets by selling new memberships
  • Achieving set KPI's covering all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Face-to-face and telecommunication sales
  • Conducting tours to prospective members of our grand facilities
  • Coaching and supporting the Membership Consultants to achieve their goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for health and fitness, experience and success in a sales environment (preferably within the health and fitness industry), leadership experience and the ability to manage to get the desired results, a sound understanding of the psychology of sales, strong customer service skills, confident with effective communication skills, pro-active in achieving personal sales targets, experience in telecommunication sales, the ability to relate to the varying needs of prospective members, and a fun attitude.
