Lead Mineral Processing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mineral Processing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering critical projects for our clients.

  • Manage elements of client contracts with a strong focus on scope, supply, and specifications.
  • Prepare and issue technical and commercial project documents.
  • Coordinate document control and logistics activities.
  • Support design, procurement, fabrication, and scheduling activities.
  • Drive compliance with HSE requirements across project delivery.
  • Monitor costs, risks, and report on progress against targets.
  • Participate in project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and ideally 5+ years' experience in project engineering or technical roles.
  • Background in mineral processing, vibrating screens, or heavy equipment preferred.
  • Ability to edit/update AutoCAD drawings (Inventor experience beneficial).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and exposure to ERP/EDM systems (Microsoft BC or similar).
  • Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management capability.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to thrive under pressure in a multinational team environment.
