Job Title: Regional TSS Engineer - Comminution

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide technical guidance and take responsibility for the HPGR and Comminution installed base across the APAC region. About this Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers/regions worldwide, troubleshooting issues, analyzing production processes, and monitoring field data to identify wear on equipment components and suggest efficiency and optimization improvements.

In addition, they will handle customer non-conformities, coordinate and analyze technical customer queries, build strong relationships with key and potential customers, and support sales teams by getting involved early in new business opportunities.

  • Main Responsibilities: Resolve customer complaints and increase satisfaction by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, coordinating field testing, and proposing technical solutions.
  • Analyze Production Processes: Monitor field data to identify wear on equipment components and suggest efficiency and optimization improvements.
  • Handle Customer Non-Conformities: Coordinate and resolve customer non-conformities from machine handover to delivery.
  • Coordinate Technical Queries: Analyze and provide optimal solutions to technical customer queries.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key and potential customers to meet their expectations.
  • Support Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to deliver industry-leading products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree - Mechanical or Electrical
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with minerals processing equipment or equivalent
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
