Job Title: Maintenance Worker

 

  • As a skilled maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing basic repairs and general upkeep of buildings and grounds.
  • Maintaining lawns and gardens to a high standard.
  • Painting, cleaning, and rubbish removal as required.
  • Assisting with minor building and grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Manual handling and use of hand/power tools.
  • Other duties as directed by management.

 

Requirements:
  • A willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • A valid driver's licence is essential.
  • Optional but desirable: White Card qualification.
