Manufacturing Mill Operator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Mill Operator to join our team at our Augusta facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our milling equipment, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality products.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance. You will be working independently, but also as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain milling equipment to ensure efficient production processes
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and optimize performance
  • Monitor and control quality of finished products
  • Work collaboratively with the foundry manager and other team members to achieve production goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing industry experience
