Job Title:

Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Augusta, AR. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and experience working with hand tools and power equipment. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
  • Conduct repairs and replacements as needed
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Analyze problems and implement solutions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role
