About the Role

Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Onshore Wind team in Australia. This exciting opportunity involves managing diverse technical and commercial advisory services, including owners engineering, feasibility studies, and strategic advisory.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support complex projects along the entire project lifecycle.
  • Develop practical solutions to multifaceted problems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on onshore wind / hybrid projects.
  • Support clients to successfully deliver offshore wind projects in Australia and globally.
  • Contribute to technical spearhead topics (design and engineering) and improvements applicable to the Australian market.
  • Contract management on behalf of clients and internally.
  • Business development.
  • Support and lead various business development and tender activities.

About You

  • A minimum of 5–7+ years of experience in engineering or project management for onshore renewable energies (wind, solar, BESS).
  • A proven track record, industry reputation, and network in Australia.
  • Experience in developing and managing a team in Australia.
  • A thorough understanding of onshore renewable project development, interfaces, design and engineering, project economics, risks, and commercial aspects.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian standards, supply chain, grid, and construction challenges.
