Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our onshore wind project management efforts. This role involves working on a portfolio of onshore wind and hybrid projects in Australia and globally, delivering various services throughout the project lifecycle.

As part of a growing multidisciplinary project team, you will take on tasks such as managing and supporting technical and commercial advisory services, developing practical solutions to complex problems, and communicating with clients in onshore wind/hybrid projects.

  • Manage portfolios of onshore wind and hybrid projects in Australia and globally.
  • Deliver different services along the entire project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering/project management related to onshore renewable energies (Wind, Solar, BESS).

Proven track record of projects, industry reputation, and network in Australia.

Experience in developing and managing a team in Australia.

Part of a project team for recently executed onshore wind projects in some capacity.

Proficient knowledge of Australian Standards, Supply chain, grid, and Construction challenges.

Strong understanding of onshore renewable project development and execution and interfaces management, design and engineering, project economics, risks, and commercial aspects.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Developing practical solutions to multifaceted problems.
  • Managing complex, multidisciplinary projects and communicating with clients.
  • Supporting clients to successfully deliver offshore wind projects in Australia and globally.
