**Your Opportunity:** Our front desk staff are the first point of contact for customers in our medical assessment centres. They provide information and instructions to guide customers through the medical assessment process, ensuring awareness of requirements and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct identity and security checks, escalating identified risks
- Process payments via electronic payment systems
- Confirm customer documentation is completed to requirements and process forms
- Explain examination requirements and key elements of the medical examination process
**Requirements:** Demonstrated customer focus, professional approach, excellent attention to detail, well-developed communication skills, sound IT skills, and ability to work effectively within a structured environment.
