
Medical Front Desk Coordinator

A Medical Receptionist provides exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients in a medical centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing front desk reception, greeting patients, collecting patient details, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and performing general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and welcome them into the Centre.
- Collect and enter patient details into the database.
- Schedule appointments (when required).
- Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
- Provide administration support and perform other ad hoc duties.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills including a professional and personable telephone manner.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
