The Role

We're seeking a Pricing and Analytics Specialist to play a pivotal role in assessing, analysing, and optimising our pricing strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and delivering our core pricing models, gathering and analysing inputs, and providing data-driven insights to inform our pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and deliver pricing models to ensure accurate outputs for budgeting, reporting, and commercial initiatives.
  • Utilise data analysis and market trends to assess pricing opportunities, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for pricing strategies.
  • Develop and implement robust control reporting mechanisms to ensure adherence to our pricing policies.
  • Collaborate with our Data team to define requirements for reporting and ad hoc analysis, leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
  • Assist in crafting compelling business cases for product and pricing changes, drawing on analytical skills and market knowledge.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to uncover valuable insights that shape our pricing strategy and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial modelling, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Proven experience in pricing analysis and strategy development.
  • Experience in business case development.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in VBA a plus.
  • Proficiency in analysis tools or software, such as SQL, SAS, R, Python, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
