Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to a high-performing Sales Agent. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy supporting driven leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales Agent, including managing their calendar and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales Agent and key stakeholders, including clients and team members.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist the Sales Agent with preparation for listings and appraisal presentations, as well as coordinating and organizing open homes.
- You hold a current Real Estate License and possess a current driver's license.
- You have demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or high-level Sales Administration role, with experience in real estate.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work autonomously.
- You are an exceptional problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, administration abilities, and computer literacy.
