We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to people with disabilities, empowering them to live meaningful lives in residential settings.
The successful candidate will work within a friendly and supportive team to deliver exceptional care and arrange engaging outings that promote a positive environment for all. The role involves working a roster Monday - Sunday, both am and pm shifts, and requires a current Victorian Driver's licence.
- Certificate IV in Disability is essential for this role.
- Previous experience in Disability Support and knowledge of the sector are highly valued.
- Providing 'person-centred care' is at the heart of this role, requiring empathy and understanding.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to build rapport with diverse individuals and teams.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration are key to delivering exceptional care.
- A current Victorian Driver's licence and NDIS Check are mandatory requirements.
