About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our frontline Fuel team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, promoting products, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote products and services to customers, highlighting key benefits and features
- Operate point of sale systems, managing fuel and stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate records
- Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or hazards
- Ensure high-quality store presentation by implementing effective merchandising strategies and controlling stock levels
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, as required
- Ability to lift and move stock, if necessary
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
