Frontline Customer Service Representative

Key Job Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our frontline team as a Team Member.
">As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and deals in store, operating point of sale systems and monitoring fuel and stock deliveries. You will also play a key role in ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining effective merchandising and stock control.

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers.">
- Promote EG products and deals in store, ensuring maximum sales and customer engagement.">
- Operate point of sale systems accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling customer queries.">
- Monitor fuel and stock deliveries, ensuring that all stock is received, stored and distributed correctly.">
- Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or hazards.">

- A confident attitude and energetic approach to work.">
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.">
