Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Rental Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet their demands.

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Branch Manager and be responsible for developing quotes, managing sales enquiries, building hire agreements, and coordinating equipment supply arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing quotes for equipment supply and managing customer sales enquiries
  • Building and entering hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire
  • Supporting the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements
  • Raising purchase orders for associated equipment
  • Liaising with transport providers to coordinate timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
  • Completing all associated paperwork and reporting requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship building skills are essential.

Strong organisation, prioritisation, and administrative skills are also required.

Able to manage competing objectives, multitask, and be flexible.

Sound computer and system skills.

Previous experience in an administrative, rental, sales, or service role is preferred.
