About the Role

This is a dynamic corporate finance opportunity that offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will represent the company in your home market, leveraging your local insights to identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute transactions.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities within your local market, aligned with the company's global strategy. You will conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on potential deals, support transaction execution, including negotiations, structuring, and documentation.

You will also perform market and industry research to generate insights for investment decisions, monitor and report on portfolio company performance, supporting value creation initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-border teams to align local market opportunities with global strategies.

A key aspect of this role is to contribute to investor relations through the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and performance updates. This requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across geographies and cultural contexts.
