About the Role

The Process Safety Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Process Safety Management strategy, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and working collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the governance and execution of the Process Safety Management Plan to ensure safety-critical controls are integrated into asset plans
  • Leading and coordinating Management of Change activities, SAP administration, and process safety metrics reporting
  • Conducting thorough incident investigations, alarm management reviews, and providing functional safety oversight to mitigate risk and prevent future incidents

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering or a related discipline, experience in utilities, power generation, or large-scale process plants or heavy industry, mining, and oil and gas, and excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
