About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Specialist to join our esteemed team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

As a Field Service Specialist, you will have the privilege of representing our company at various client sites across the Australasia region. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical expertise, maintenance and repairs, and support for our cutting-edge products. Your contributions will have a global impact, as you work in both surface and underground mining environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and present product data;
  • Provide on-site training and technical support to customers;
  • Maintain our products minimising downtime and meeting customer needs;
  • Perform technical support work on our technologies at remote sites and from our office.
  • Representing the company to build a good relationship with the customer.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant certifications and experience in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic discipline(s);
  • Good understanding with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Extensive relevant technical work experience in a customer service based organisation;
  • Experience in electronics, radar, telecommunications or a related field;
  • Ability to train individuals and small groups;
  • Mechanical knowledge is desirable;
  • Mining environment/remote location experience is desirable.
