Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work
  • Order and manage repair parts
  • Review logs for open issues and prepare reports for customers
  • Participate in service sales opportunities and promote revenue programs
  • Ensure tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
  • Assess product/equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements
  • Provide technical support to customers and other service professionals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior level FSEs and Product Specialists
  • Exercise measures to control and minimize costs
  • Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements
  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree or equivalent technical training/experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems/equipment
  • Competency in MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual
  • Ability to acquire and maintain relevant security clearance and industry-related licenses
