Chief Vascular Service Manager

The role of a Chief Vascular Sonographer is pivotal in delivering high-quality clinical assessment and diagnostic vascular sonographic services. This professional oversees all aspects of the vascular laboratory service, including staff rostering, supervision, training, equipment procurement, maintenance, and liaison with hospital management to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Key qualifications for this position include a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science or equivalent health qualification, postgraduate qualification in vascular ultrasound, and extensive hands-on experience in vascular examinations. The ideal candidate must also hold ASAR accreditation and be registered with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Scientist.
This leadership role requires a clinically proficient leader who is committed to excellence in patient care and team performance. The successful candidate will work closely with hospital management to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of strategic plans to improve outcomes.
