Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill Park Aide positions throughout Washington State. As a Park Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the state's parks and recreational areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors, answering questions and providing information about park rules and regulations.
  • Maintain park facilities, including cleaning restrooms, stocking supplies, and performing light maintenance tasks.
  • Perform grounds maintenance, such as mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and picking up litter.
  • Register campers, collect fees, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Drive state vehicles to transport supplies and equipment within the park area.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license.
Working Conditions

Park Aides will work in a fast-paced environment, often in inclement weather conditions. They must be able to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
