Job Overview

An Associate on the Practice Management Team will be responsible for supporting research and business intelligence initiatives. The position will focus on engaging with clients, ensuring success of cornerstone studies, and providing consulting tools and resources globally.

  • Support global benchmark studies through managing data requests, study administration, and the Medallia platform.
  • Collect, administer, and interpret study data.
  • Manage complex PM initiatives, including coordinating with internal teams, developing messaging and training, and analyzing data.
  • Collaborate with other teams to design and build practice management tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work on various projects, including:

  • Developing and implementing practice management initiatives.
  • Designing and delivering practice management solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyzing data and providing insights for business decisions.
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-4 years' professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
