Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Practice Management Team. This role will involve supporting research and business intelligence initiatives, engaging with clients, and ensuring the success of key projects.

Responsibilities :

  1. Manage global benchmark studies and surveys by handling data requests, assisting in study administration, and maintaining the study platform.
  2. Contribute to the collection, administration, and interpretation of study data.
  3. Lead complex PM initiatives, including coordinating with internal teams, developing messaging and training, and analyzing data.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to design and build practice management tools and resources for advisors and aligned firms.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-4 years of professional experience.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across internal teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic perspective.
  • Proactive and customer-focused with ability to build trust and confidence.
