We're seeking a skilled professional to lead contaminated land assessments that drive meaningful outcomes.

As an Associate Environmental Consultant, you'll work closely with technical leads, regulators, and auditors to assess risk, manage sites, and influence major redevelopment projects across QLD and beyond.

Key responsibilities include conducting preliminary and detailed site investigations, designing and interpreting sampling, analysis and risk-based site assessments, preparing remediation action plans and site management strategies, developing Conceptual Site Models (CSMs), writing reports, collaborating with clients, auditors, labs and field teams, and guiding junior staff.

Requirements include a degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Chemistry, Engineering or similar, 3–6 years of experience in contaminated land consulting, a solid grip on NEPM and relevant QLD guidelines (ESR, DES, CRC CARE), fieldwork confidence + technical writing chops, strong client communication skills and commercial awareness, and an analytical brain and practical, solutions-focused mindset.
