Job Role:

Service Delivery Professional

The organization seeks a Service Delivery Professional to be based in Redfern, New South Wales. The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting service delivery and ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor agreed SLAs to ensure they are met on a daily basis.
  • Develop risk management plans and risk mitigation activities.
  • Report on the implementation of agreed service improvement plans.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will have appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience. They must possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, be willing to work outside regular hours, and be skilled in following established IT processes to meet customer expectations.

Desirable Skills

The organization requires someone with effective communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems with effective solutions.
