We are seeking a diligent administrative leader to join our team as a Records Supervisor.

About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including aircraft logbooks and maintenance records.
  • Database Updates: Update databases in accordance with department strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks of technical data catalogued in AMOS.
  • Process Improvement: Identify best practices and opportunities for improvement across regions.
  • Collaboration: Work with CAM/HAAMC to develop and execute business goals.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in business or administration studies.
  • Experience: Experience in document management and publishing software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access).
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Well-organized and detail-oriented team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in aviation an advantage.
  • System Knowledge: Experience with AMOS and AirVault systems preferred.
