This is a critical position responsible for overseeing a broad and complex property portfolio across premises, fleets, assets, and associated leasing arrangements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring full compliance with terms regarding all assets, premises, fleets, leases, and contracts.
  • Managing procurement and contracted services in line with the client's procurement and contract management framework.
  • Providing high-level strategic advice on leasing, asset management, and contractual matters to senior leadership.
  • Representing the organisation in negotiations, consultations, and committees relating to asset management.
  • Leading the delivery of key property-related projects and programs to drive service improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in property and asset management within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of lease negotiation, procurement frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
