Job Title

We're seeking a seasoned communications professional to spearhead our APAC region's internal and external communications efforts.

This role involves developing and executing strategic communication plans that amplify the voice of our President in the region, drive employee engagement, and foster a strong, vibrant culture.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing executive platforms and elevating the President's voice on key topical issues
  • Creating points of view and opportunities for executives to engage with industry stakeholders
  • Overseeing the President's social media presence and developing a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Designing and implementing creative employee communications programs

The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with a passion for building process and structure to support high growth. They will be highly skilled in written, verbal, and presentation skills, and have a demonstrated passion for building a strong internal culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute integrated communications strategies across the APAC region
  2. Elevate the APAC President's voice on specific topics aligned with Equinix's strategy
  3. Create points of view and opportunities for executives to have a voice on key topical issues
  4. Develop and evolve the APAC President's communication platform
  5. Partner with PR, AR, Social, and other regional communications leaders to drive external engagement opportunities
  6. Oversee the APAC President's social media presence and develop SoMe strategy
  7. Develop external presentations for industry, customer, and key external events

Requirements:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative nature with experience working cross-functionally
  • Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated passion for storytelling and employee engagement
