Job Title: Asset Operations Manager

Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Asset Operations Manager to oversee the upkeep and operational efficiency of our properties.

This role involves ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, presentation, and functionality. You will be responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, managing contractors, and leading a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Oversee all building, plant, and equipment maintenance across the property
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and respond to reactive maintenance requests
  • Manage contractor performance, compliance, and safety standards
  • Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of building systems and OH&S compliance. Previous experience in a facilities or property management role is highly regarded, with proven leadership skills and excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
