Job Overview

This position is responsible for the remote operation and optimization of Upstream assets, ensuring safe and efficient production.

The role requires a strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

  • Safely operate assets remotely in partnership with field-based teams to optimize production and minimize emissions.
  • Application of control room processes compliant with Operations Excellence standards, including managing alarms and shift handovers.
  • Address safety and production critical issues, providing daily situational reports for field teams.
  • Validate production data, report volumes, and analyze equipment for early detection of potential failures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agreements to maximize business value.
  • Interface with engineering teams for improvement projects related to remote control and systems.
  • Maintain strong communication with Maintenance, Drilling & Completions, and Development teams to achieve production and maintenance targets.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Controller with a background in operations.

This role requires:

  • A sound understanding and prior use of MS Office suite.
  • Desirable systems experience includes SAP, Success Factors, P2 Apollo, Spotfire or PowerBI.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Upstream assets.
