Cloud Platform Reliability Engineer

We're seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Site Reliability Engineers, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining next-gen platforms. As an SRE, you'll work with diverse technologies, develop unique perspectives, and collaborate with colleagues in a global team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SRE practices, service level indicators, and service level objectives. You'll be responsible for all aspects of reliability, working with technical experts, key stakeholders, and team members to resolve complex problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and teams to design, develop, test, and implement secure, robust, highly available, and scalable solutions
- Designing and implementing deployment approaches using automated, continuous integration, and continuous delivery pipelines
- Owning issues until they don't reoccur, collaborating with technical experts, key stakeholders, and team members to resolve complex problems
- Proactively utilizing SRE practices, service level indicators, and service level objectives to resolve issues before they impact customers
- Gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and developing visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets for continuous improvement of the platform
- Implementing infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for applications and platforms
- Identifying opportunities to eliminate toil and automate the triage of issues to improve overall operational stability
- Collaborating with a global team to identify, analyze, and resolve platform vulnerabilities
- Promoting the adoption of site reliability engineering best practices within the team and organization
- Participating in 24x7 on-call coverage follow the sun model and performing blameless postmortems as needed
